....And why is it the wine for all seasons?
The other day I was talking to a friend of mine,
and he pointed out that in this winter period it is very difficult for him
succeed in selling white wines.
Holidays and festivities aside, he tells me that maybe it’s because of the cold weather.
After our long and intense chat, I found myself thinking about
on what he had told me, and I wondered:
is there really a more suitable time to drink a specific wine?
For example, in summer people prefer to drink white wines or rosé wines, certainly because they should be served cool, but not too cold.
I see… it depends on the temperature, the heat of the summer.
Whereas in winter people prefer to drink red wines, served at room temperature.
The question: is this true or are these just clichés?
In addition to personal taste, we can say that the climate has a great influence on our choices, sometimes even on what to drink.
Do you think there is a wine that is good for all seasons?
Maybe you can answer with the first bottle that comes to mind, or maybe following your own taste, or maybe you would like to think about it a little more.
Now… after this long reflection with all these things I have told you,
I would like to know from you in which season it would be most advisable to drink Lambrusco.
If I asked an inhabitant of Emilia Romagna, he would answer me:

practically always, all year round.
Of course… in Romagna there is the largest production of Lambrusco, the answer may seem obvious.
The most recent market research has shown that Lambrusco is the most
